Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges, due to us being a very small company.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Packages
a Terre is not responsible for missing packages after they are deliver to the mail service. We recommend tracking your packing with the tracking number. Make sure to contact the mail service if your packing is labeled as delivered but is missing.
